How Refunds Are Processed Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Important Notes for Digital Products

Refunds apply to purchases made within the last 14 days only. Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we are unable to accept returns in the traditional sense — but we stand behind the quality of our content and will always resolve genuine concerns. Bundle and Complete Series purchases are treated as a single transaction. Refunds apply to the full purchase price of the bundle.
